A licensed lead comes out, walks the site with you, listens to what you actually want. No hard sell.
Scope + fixed number
Written scope, drawings when needed, and a fixed price with a real date range. Not a range with a plus-or-minus.
Build
One project manager, one lead carpenter, direct line to both. Weekly progress photos and a change-order rule: nothing without your OK, in writing, before we do it.
Punch + warranty
Walkthrough with a punch list you sign off. One-year warranty on labor, manufacturer warranties on materials.
